MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - Russia's federal budget deficit will be significantly lower than the forecast of 5.3% of GDP, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.
"The budget deficit will be a little above 3% of GDP," he said in opening remarks at a meeting of the consultative committee on foreign investment.
