Shuvalov becomes investment ombudsman
MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - Russia has established an investment ombudsman position and appointed First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov to this office, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.
This position was established in August 2010, he said at the Consultative Council on Foreign Investment.
"Foreign investors can contact the ombudsman directly with their needs, proposals and ideas," Putin said.
This position was introduced on the basis of a resolution by the Consultative Council on Foreign Investment.
