OMZ shareholders to elect new board Jan 20
MOSCOW. Oct 19 (Interfax) - Shareholders in heavy equipment producer OMZ intend to elect a new board of directors at an extraordinary meeting on January 20, the company said.
The existing board decided to schedule the meeting for that date at a meeting on October 14, it said.
