Moscow needs more open, efficient administrative system
MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Moscow mayoral nominee Sergei Sobyanin thinks that city authorities should focus on corruption and a more open administrative system.
"I am positive that corruption and bureaucracy may devaluate nearly all or even all competitive advantages of Moscow. Obviously, this city needs a more open and efficient administrative system," he said.
Due to objective reasons, "Moscow is capable of more dynamic development and a much better benefit for residents," he said.
"This is my main goal," he stressed.
