Moscow development plans must be reviewed
MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Moscow development has been chaotic, so construction plans must be reviewed, Moscow mayoral nominee Sergei Sobyanin told the Moscow City Duma on Thursday.
"I think we need to make a new analysis of city development plans and decide which facilities we should build, where and what for," he said.
