Sobyanin officially becomes mayor of Moscow
MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Sergei Sobyanin has officially become mayor of Moscow.
Moscow City Duma Chairman Vladimir Platonov said at the official inauguration ceremony that Sobyanin officially became mayor of Moscow after he took the oath.
