Uralkali RAS net profits almost double in Q1-Q3

MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) - Net profits at Russian fertilizer-maker Uralkali almost doubled by Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) to 9.985 billion rubles in January-September, the company said.

The company had made 5.096 billion rubles in net profits for the same three quarters in 2009. Uralkali posted Q3 net profits of 3.619 billion rubles, a 31% increase from Q2.
