VEB planning to place 7-yr, 15-yr Eurobonds; guidance 5.375%-5.5%, 6.8% - source

MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) looks set to place seven- and fifteen-year Eurobonds, a Russian financial market source told Interfax.

Yield guidance is 5.375%-5.5% for the seven-year bonds and 6.8% for the 15-year bonds, the source said.

Unofficial yield guidance (whisper) was approximately 5.4% for the seven-year bonds and 7% for the 15-year bonds, a source said earlier.

A VEB Eurobond road show wraps up today, with pricing expected Wednesday morning.

Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC and JP Morgan are arranging what will be a benchmark-sized bond issue under Reg S/144
