Alfa-Bank, Sberbank and Gazprombank opens 45 bln rubles in loan facilities for FGC in H1

MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - Alfa-Bank , Sberbank and Gazprombank has opened three loan facilities each worth 15 billion rubles for Federal Grid Company (FGC), FGC said in its IFRS report for the first half of 2010.

The agreement with Alfa-Bank for opened the long-term loan was signed in January, Sberbank - February and Gazprombank - May. The loan facilities are available for a period of three years.

As of June 30, 2010, FGC had not utilized these loan funds.

FGC is a state controlled company, which owns and operates electricity systems and facilities in Russia's national electrical grid
