Russia had $21 bln capital outflow in 10 mths - CB's Ignatyev
MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Russia had $21 billion capital outflow in January-October, CB Chairman Sergei Ignatyev said in the State Duma.
He said outflow strengthened in September-October, when it was $8 billion.
