Russia slaps import duties on China-made stainless steel (repeat)

Shanghai. November 25. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Russian government announced Nov. 23 it has levied imports duties of up to 39.1 percent against Chinese imports of stainless steel.

Shanxi Taigang Stainless steel will be subject to a duty of only 29.9 percent.

The Russian Industry and Trade Ministry proposed the introduction of the duties in June following an anti-dumping investigation in May.
