At least half of unspent resources, part of extra federal revenue must go to modernization - Medvedev

MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The current modernization priorities must be given special financial support, President Medvedev said.

"The government must channel at least half of the spending saved and part of the extra revenue of the federal budget to supporting modernization priorities," Medvedev said in his State of the Nation address to the Federal Assembly on Tuesday.
