Urals crude averages up 29% to $77.19/barrel in 10 mths - MinFin

MOSCOW. Dec 1 (Interfax) - Urals crude averaged up 29% to $77.19 a barrel in January-October 2010 from $59.92 in the same period of last year, a Finance Ministry official told Interfax.

Urals rose from $76.11 in November 2009 to $84.39 in September this year, said Alexander Sakovich, the ministry's official in charge of customs payments.

Sakovich has said Urals crude averaged at $61.065 a barrel in 2009, down from $94.4 in 2008.
