Belarus doesn't want to beg Russia for crude - Lukashenko

MINSK. Dec 6 (Interfax) - It is abnormal that Belarus has to beg Moscow for crude at the end of each year, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko told the fourth meeting of the Belarusian People's Assembly on Monday.

"Is it normal that Belarusian officials have to beg Moscow for a barrel of crude every time before the New Year?" he asked rhetorically.
