Severstal signs memorandum with NMDC for creating construction JV in India
MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - OJSC Severstal signed a memorandum with NMDC on Friday for creating a joint venture for a construction plant in India on a parity basis, the Russian company said in a statement.
