RTS Index up 0.03% at opening of trades to 1,735.95 points

MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax) - Stock trading on the RTS Index opened with a generally neutral trend in blue chips on Tuesday morning owing to various external factors. As a result, the index went up by only 0.03% in its first minute of trades.

By 10:01 am Moscow time, the RTS had increased by 0.03% to 1,735.95 points. The majority of benchmark stocks posted quotation changes within 0.5%, both upward and downward.
