Russian public foreign debt edges down $143 mln in Nov
MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Russia's public foreign debt edged down $143 million to $40.737 billion from $40.88 billion during November, the Finance Ministry said.
The debt in euros at the Central Bank's rate for December 1 grew by EUR1.228 billion to EUR30.68 billion.
Debt to international financial organizations fell $82.4 million to $3.17 billion. Debt to Paris Club members, which is not subject to restructuring, decreased by $45.7 million to $777 million; debt to former CMEA members fell by $6.5 million to $1.12 billion expressed dollars; Soviet-era commercial debt fell $12.7 million to $812.9 million; and debt under sovereign guarantee was down $4.5 million to $856.7 million.
Debt on Eurobonds was unchanged at $30.457 billion.
Russia's foreign debt, which was $37.641 billion on January 1, increased by 8.2% or $3.096 billion during January-November 2010.
