Uralkali to carry out 50% share issue
MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Uralkali will issue 1.2 billion new shares equivalent to half its existing issued shares, its president, Pavel Grachev, said during a conference call.
The potash miner currently has 2.124 billion issued shares.
