Russian govt may amend oil-product duties in 2011 if oil-refining increases - Sechin
CHERYOMUSHKY (KHAKASSIA). Dec 22 (Interfax) - The Russian government may consider an increase in duties on oil products next year, in the event oil companies are prepared to increase refining operations, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin told the press on Wednesday.
"Light [oil products], of course, have to be made even with dark," Sechin said, adding that all oil companies have plans to upgrade processing capacity.
