Khodorkovsky, Lebedev will appeal - lawyer
MOSCOW. Dec 27 (Interfax) - The defense lawyers for former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and former Menatep head Platon Lebedev will file an appeal in the so-called second Yukos case.
"No doubt, we will," lawyer Vadim Klyuvgant told reporters.
