No suspended sentence for Khodorkovsky, Lebedev - court

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - The Moscow Khamovnichesky Court did not find any grounds for passing a suspended sentence on former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and former Menatep Group head Platon Lebedev, so they will be imprisoned.

"Correction of Khodorkovsky and Lebedev is possible only in incarceration. The court does not see any grounds for passing a suspended sentence," the sentence runs.
