Russia to auction 25.5% of Yenisei Shipping Co March 1
MOSCOW. Jan 11 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Property Agency (Rosimuschestvo) plans to hold an auction for 25.5% of the shares in Yenisei Shipping Company on March 1, 2011, the agency says on its website.
The starting price for the 104,862 shares is 744.615 million rubles.
The company has 86,335 preferred shares and 324,888 ordinary shares, par value 75 rubles each. MMC Norilsk Nickel owns 43.92% issued shares (51.91% ordinary shares).
The Federal Antimonopoly Service cleared Norilsk Nickel acquire 48.09% ordinary shares in the shipping company in October last year and the nickel giant could now consolidate 100% voting shares.
