Finance Ministry places $3.5 bln of National Welfare Fund on deposit with VEB
MOSCOW. Jan 11 (Interfax) - The Finance Ministry has placed $3.504 billion in money from the National Welfare Fund on deposit with Vnesheconombank (VEB).
VEB held $6.254 billion in the deposits as of January 1, 2011, up from $2.75 billion on December 1, 2010, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
