Russia, Belarus continue to discuss oil, supplies not yet being carried out
MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - Russia and Belarus continue to negotiate oil shipments to the latter's refineries.
The Russian Energy Ministry's press office told Interfax that talks were being carried out at company level. The relevant amendments are being made to contracts due to changes to the regime for levying duties. The Energy Ministry says it has done all that is require of it, "and talks are being conducted at the level of companies only."
Rosneft said it was not currently delivering oil to Belarusian refineries. "Talks are ongoing," said Lukoil , which ha snot shipped oil to Belarus since the start of the month, Surgutneftegas did not comment and TNK-BP was not immediately available for comment.
