Car imports to Russia rise 31.7% in 2010 - Econ Ministry

MOSCOW. Jan 14 (Interfax) - Russia imported 686,690 cars in 2010, 31.7% more than in 2009, including 662,350 new cars, the Economic Development Ministry said on its web site.
