Proportion of GDR on Uralkali shares tops 20%

MOSCOW. Jan 25 (Interfax) - The proportion of shares in Russian fertilizer-maker OJSC Uralkali that are circulating in the form of global depository subscriptions (GDR) has topped 20%.

Uralkali reported that he company had been notified by the depository for its GDR program, The Bank of New York, that the figure had risen from 19.73% to 20.2107%.

The company has the regulatory okay to circulate up to 29% of its shares outside of Russia.
