NCSP board of directors to be chaired by chairman of Summa Capital board

MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - Ziyavudin Magomedov, the chairman of the board of directors at the Summa Capital group, will be also chairing the board at Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) , it was decided on April 7.

Summa Capital, on a parity basis with Russian oil pipeline company OJSC Transneft , became the holder of 50.1% of the port operator at the same time as the partners sold Primorsk Trade Port to NCSP.

The board of directors subsequently was cut from nine to seven members, four of them representatives of Summa Capital and Transneft. They are Magomedov, Transneft First Vice President Mikhail Arustamov, Transneft legal department Director Vitaly Kisenko, Primorsk Trade Port board of directors chairman Boris Tikhonenko, CJSC VTB Capital head Yury Solovyev (independent), head of Russia's federal agency for maritime and river transport Alexander Davydenko, and Deputy Russian Transport Minister Viktor Olersky.
