Russia shouldn't be overly jubilant about low state debt - Ulyukayev

MOSCOW. April 25 (Interfax) - Russia should not be overly joyful about a low debt and it must see that it will not grow, Central Bank Vice Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev told an expanded meeting of senior officials from the finance and economic development ministries on Monday.

"We must be watchful to the maximum. We must not be overly joyful about out debt being small and we must see that it will not increase in the future," he said.
