MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) - Alisher Usmanov's Metalloinvest bought around 4% of the shares in MMC Norilsk Nickel in May-June 2011 for $2.2 billion (60.401 billion rubles) or a premium of 13.4%, the company said in materials.
