Lenenergo to accept bids for 3 bln ruble bond issue from April 18-20

MOSCOW. April 9 (Interfax) - OJSC Lenenergo plans to accept bids from April 18 to 20 for its fourth series 3 billion ruble bond issue, Troika Dialog , which is organizing the issue with VTB Capital, materials show.

Guidance for coupon one of the five-year bonds is 9%-9.5%, which corresponds to yield to the three-year offer of 9.2%-9.73%.

The bonds are expected to be placed through open subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 24. Each bond has face value of 1,000 rubles.

Coupon payments will be paid semi-annually.
