Moscow power distributor MOESK could pay 0.025 rubles a share for 2011

MOSCOW. May 15 (Interfax) - Moscow United Electricity Distribution Company , or MOESK, could pay a dividend of 0.025 rubles per ordinary a share for 2011, the company said in a statement.

The annual shareholders meeting takes place on June 25 and the register closes on May 17.

Net profit grew 9.2% in 2011 to 17.05 billion rubles.

The company paid 0.0246371 rubles per share for 2010 or a total of 1.2 billion rubles.
