Promsvyazbank planning six exchange bond issues worth a combined 40 bln rubles

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Promsvyazbank has decided to place six exchange bond issues worth a combined 40 billion rubles, the bank said in a statement.

Exchange bond issues BO-06 through BO-09 will each come to 5 billion rubles, and issues BO-10 and BO-11 each will come to 10 billion rubles. The bonds will mature over three years.

It was earlier reported that the MICEX authorized the bank's exchange bond issues BO-01 through BO-05 for trades in July 2010. The bank placed BO-03 worth 5 billion rubles in February 2011 with coupons one through six at 8.6%.

The bank placed exchange bond issues BO-02 and BO-04 in February 2012 worth a combined 10 billion rubles with the first and second coupon rates at 8.75%. BO-01 worth 3 billion rubles and BO-05 worth 10 billion rubles still have not been placed.

Promsvyazbank was 11th biggest bank in Russia by assets for the first quarter of 2012 according to the Interfax-100 ranking, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
