IDGC Volga increases commercial electricity output 2% in H1
SARATOV. Aug 13 (Interfax) - Regional grid company OJSC IDGC Volga increased its commercial output of electricity by 1.7% year-on-year to 29.2265 billion KWt hours in January-June 2012, the company said in its materials.
The materials said that commercial output on the company's grid came to 15.938 billion KWt hours in the first quarter and 13.278 billion KWt hours in the second quarter.
Release of electricity to IDGC Volga' grids went up by 1.2% to 31.2887 billion KWt hours in the first half. This figure came to 17.362 billion KWt hours in the first quarter and 13.926 billion KWt hours in the second quarter.
Registered in Saratov on June 29, 2007, IDGC Volga unites electricity gird assets in Mordovia and Chuvashia, the Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov, and Ulyanovsk regions.
IDGC Holding's stake in the company comes to 67.626%.
