Court overturns ruling on cutting Platon Lebedev's conviction term, orders new hearing
ARKHANGELSK. Sept 21 (Interfax) - The Arkhangelsk Region Court has overturned the Velsk District Court's ruling on cutting former Menatep head Platon Lebedev's conviction term and ordered a new hearing by a different panel of judges.
