Bank Saint-Petersburg to hold book building for BO-08 bonds on Oct 1-2, coupon guidance set at 9.15%-9.65%

MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - Bank Saint-Petersburg plans to start collecting investor applications for its exchange bond issues BO-08 worth 5 billion rubles on October 1, Sberbank CIB, which is organizing the issue along with Gazprombank , said in its materials.

Book building will continue until October 2. The technical placement of the three-year bonds by open subscription on the MICEX is slated for October 8.

The coupon guidance comes to 9.15%-9.65%, which corresponds to a yield on a annual offer of 9.36%-9.88%.

The bonds have semiannual coupons.

The MICEX has allowed the bank's exchange bond issues BO-03 and BO-05 through BO-12 worth a combined 29 billion rubles into trading during placement.

The bank currently has exchange bond issues BO-01, BO-02 and BO-04 in circulation worth a combined 13 billion rubles.

Bank Saint-Petersburg was 15th biggest bank by assets in Russia for the first half of 2012 according to the Interfax-100 ranking, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
