Suspected Politkovskaya killer's case to be referred to court soon - Markin
MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The Russian Investigative Committee has referred the indictment charging Dmitry Pavlyuchenkov with arranging the murder of journalist Anna Politkovskaya to the prosecutor, who is to submit the indictment to the court, Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin has said.
"The files of the criminal case against Pavlyuchenkov, charged with murder and illegal possession of weapons, has been handed over to the prosecutor, who is to confirm the indictment and submit it to the court," Markin told Interfax on Tuesday.
The criminal case against Pavlyuchenkov, who earlier concluded a pre-trial cooperation agreement with investigators, was separated from the Politkovskaya murder case, he said
