Russian budget might see 0.1%-0.2% budget surplus in 2012 - deputy finance minister

MOSCOW. Nov 17 (Interfax) - The Russian Finance Ministry believes there could be a budget surplus of 0.1%-0.2% of GDP in 2012, Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko told journalists on Saturday.

"We are balancing around zero now and could have [a surplus of] 0.1%-0.2% of GDP, as it usually happens," Nesterenko said when asked about the possibility that Russia could have a budget surplus in 2012.
