Atomenergomash to borrow 10 bln rubles from Atomenergoprom
MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - OJSC Atomenergoprom, which consolidates civilian assets in Russia's nuclear industry, will provide OJSC Atomenergomash, the machine-building division of Russian State Nuclear Energy Company Rosatom, with a 10-billion-ruble loan until 2016 at 10.5% per annum.
Atomenergoprom said in a statement that this loan contract will cost 13.325 billion rubles, including interest payments.
Atomenergomash will use these funds to replenish its working capital and restructure its current loan portfolio, a company representative told Interfax.
Atomenergomash was established in 2006 to diversify supplies of energy equipment to the Russian nuclear energy market. The company manages over 50 scientific research, engineering, production, service and construction/installation organizations in Russia and abroad.
