ASHGABAT. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Turkmenistan wants a solid mechanism of international agreements to be formed and clear rules of the game on the international energy market defined, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow told the Heads of State Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States .
The Turkmen president said that the member-countries' constructive energy dialogue was continued in 2012. "In May this problem was discussed at the CIS's Electricity and Energy Council meeting and in September at an international oil and gas conference, which was unquestionably useful for the strategy of mutually advantageous cooperation," he said.
Hopefully, this practice will be maintained, he said.
