Taxes for Russian consolidated budget up 13.1% in 2012
MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Tax returns for Russia's consolidated budget grew 13.1% in 2012 to 10.998 trillion rubles, Mikhail Mishustin, head of the Federal Tax Service, told reporters, quoting preliminary data.
Tax returns for the federal budget grew 15% to 5.116 trillion rubles.
Overall tax returns, not including oil and gas taxes, were up 10.8% last year to 2.76 trillion rubles.
Mishustin said property tax returns had grown an estimated 20% but that most of these taxes are paid in the first and second quarters. "They've also been rising at a faster rate than the previous year," he said.
