Rosneft to invest 373 bln rubles in geological survey, Gazprom to spend 576 bln rubles in 2013-20
MOSCOW. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Rosneft plans to invest 373.2 billion rubles in geological survey in 2013-2020, and Gazprom will spend 575.9 billion rubles, according to a summary of the reserves replacement program prepared by the Russian Natural Resources and Environment Ministry.
"Thanks to Rosneft's involvement for the period of the program's realization, growth of raw hydrocarbons was achieved in the amount of around 1.35 billion tonnes of standard fuel (tsf), including more than 1.1 billion tonnes of oil and condensate. The bulk of the growth in raw hydrocarbons is expected in the Siberia and Volga federal districts, and also on the continental shelf.
Gazprom investment could provide growth in reserves of raw hydrocarbons of 6.24 billion tsf, including oil and condensate of 900 million tonnes.
