Army should not train on "parquet" - Putin
MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said the combat training program in Russia should not be a "parquet" one, but should be as close to reality as possible.
"The combat training program should not be a 'parquet' one, when even privates know almost six months ahead about a training alarm. It should be as close to the real combat conditions as possible," Putin told the Defense Ministry collegium.
