Russia could have $10 bln-$15 bln capital outflow in 2013 - Siluanov
GORKI. March 4 (Interfax) - Capital outflow form Russia could be between $10 billion and $15 billion this year, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters following a meeting on bank lending chaired by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
"I'd like to be optimistic - between $10 billion and $15 billion [is what capital outflow might be in 2013]," Siluanov said.
