Transneft mgmt receives state awards for pipelines

MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded a number of Russian oil pipeline company OJSC Transneft managers for their contributions to the building and commissioning of the second line of the Baltic Pipeline System, the Purpe-Samotlor oil pipeline, and the second line of the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean pipeline (ESPO).

The corresponding order was signed on March 13.

Transneft President Nikolai Tokarev was awarded the order of For Services to the Fatherland 2nd degree.

The Order of Honor was awarded to Transneft First Vice President Yury Lisin and Vice President Pavel Revel-Muroz; the Order of Friendship went to Sibnefteprovod General Director Yury Bogatenkov and Transneft Vice President Alexei Sapsai; the For Services to the Fatherland 1st degree medal went to OJSC Black Sea Trunk Oil Pipelines General Director Alexander Zlenko.

It was also decided to award the For Services to the Fatherland 2nd degree medal to Transneft Vice President Mikhail Barkov; the general director of OJSC Trunk Oil Pipelines Druzhba, Oleg Bogomolov; Transneft's first vice president, Maxim Grishanin; another company vice president, Boris Korol; the general director at Far East Construction Directorate LLC, Rustem Kudoyarov; the president of Stroygazconsulting, Ziyad Manasir; the head of Volga Trunk Pipelines LLC, Andrei Syumak; and the general director at Center for Technical Diagnostics, Sergei Ermish.

The honorary distinction Emeritus Builder of the Russian Federation was awarded to General Director of East Siberian Trunk Pipelines LLC Viktor Bronnikov.
