Isayev appointed IDGC of Center chief for three years
MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OJSC IDGC of Center has appointed Oleg Isayev general director until 2016, the company reported.
Isayev has been IDGC of Center's acting general director since December, prior to which he was the head of OJSC Technopromexport, which builds power facilities in Russia and abroad.
OJSC Federal Grid Company UES chief Oleg Budargin fired Dmitry Gudzhoyan, then-head of IDGC of Center, at the end of last November because of the preliminary results of a review of the company's financial and business activities. At that time, the post of acting general director went to first deputy executive director of Inter-District Grid Company Holding (IDGC Holding, MRSK Holding) Alexei Demidov, who also retained his previous functions and responsibilities.
