Investigators bring charges against Makhachkala Mayor
MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Makhachkala Mayor Said Amirov and his two alleged accomplices have been charged with an attempt at an investigator's life, the Russian Investigative Committee's spokesperson Vladimir Markin told Interfax.
"Said Amirov, Magomed Abdulgalimov and Yusup Dzhaparov have been charged by the Russian Investigative Committee's main investigative department within the criminal case on the murder of the Investigative Committee employee Arsen Gadzhibekov," Markin said.
Depending on the role of the three, Amirov, Abdulgalimov and Dzhaparov have been charged with "an attempt on the life of a person holding preliminary investigation, including organizing and colluding" and "illegal weapons trafficking," Markin said.
