Moscow legislature proposes foreign nationals' expulsion for administrative offences

MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Deputies of the Moscow legislature on Wednesday proposed a bill that would amend a federal law and authorize the expulsion of foreign nationals for two administrative offences in a year.

The bill was submitted by acting Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

After the bill is passed in the Moscow legislature it will be referred to the State Duma, the lower house of parliament.
