CORRECTED: Russian oil exports to non-CIS down 2.9% in 9M

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Exports of Russian oil to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States amounted to 154.494 million tonnes, or 4.148 million barrels a day, in Q1-Q3 this year, which was a 2.9% decrease year-on-year, according to Fuel and Energy Dispatch Center (CDU TEK) data.
There was 17.771 million tonnes, or 4.342 million barrels a day, exported just last month alone, 0.1% less than in September of last year.
The Russian oil pipeline company OJSC Transneft system carried 153.929 million tonnes of Russian crude to non-CIS countries in January-September. There was some 16.999 million tonnes exported by other means.
Transneft transported 17.735 million tonnes of Russian oil to those countries last month, other means of transport 1.812 million tonnes.
The Transneft system brought 20.536 million tonnes of oil to the port of Novorossiysk in January-September, including transiting oil (2.513 million tonnes in September), to Kozmino 15.994 million tonnes (1.799 million), to Primorsk 37.942 million tonnes (4.299 million), and to Ust-Luga 12.595 million tonnes (1.499 million).
Rosneft put 69.631 million tonnes bound for non-CIS countries through the Transneft system during the three quarters (7.967 million tonnes in September), Lukoil 15.224 million tonnes (1.711 million), Surgutneftegas 21.661 million tonnes (2.326 million), Gazprom Neft 5.958 million tonnes (1.014 million), and Tatneft 8.746 million tonnes (1.201 million).
Enterprises that are not part of vertically integrated oil companies sent 7.775 million tonnes of oil to non-CIS countries via the Transneft system in January-September (808,000 tonnes last month) and PSA operators 1.131 million tonnes (125,100 tonnes).
There was 13.862 million tonnes of Kazakh oil transiting through the Transneft system in January-September (1.455 million tonnes last month), and 1.327 million tonnes of Azerbaijani oil (162,800 tonnes).
Russian oil companies increased exports to CIS countries by 0.8% to 21.471 million tonnes in Q1-Q3. Oil deliveries to Belarus were up 1.8% year-on-year at 16.475 million tonnes.
Russian crude exports to Kazakhstan grew 13.7% to 4.996 million tonnes during the nine months. None was shipped to Ukraine.
