Property Management Agency reps quit TGK-5 board
PERM. Nov 20 (Interfax) - Shareholders of Russian generating company OJSC TGK-5 , which is part of IES, elected a new board of directors at an extraordinary meeting on November 15, the company said in a press release.
Two experts from the Russian Federal Property Management Agency Rosimuschestvo - Denis Kant Mandal and Maksim Melnikov, along with Energy Ministry deputy department director, Yegor Grinkevich and IES Technical Director Vasily Bely have quit the board.
They were replaced by four IES representatives: the deputy director for legal issues, Vladimir Utkin, the deputy head of the repairs and reconstruction department, Yuri Moiseytsev, director of corporate issues, Karina Dashko and deputy head of the tariff policy department, Sergei Ukkonen.
The board members that were re-elected are IES representatives: investment project director, Vyacheslav Baytekov, the head of the technical policy and development department, Yevgeny Ilin, head of the planning department at IES Trading, Konstantin Putyakov, head of the brokerage operations at LLC Renova Aktiv, Tatiana Katasonova, former financial director of LLC Tranko, Mikhail Ustinov, head of the department for relations with the authorities, Lasha Tsaguria and deputy CEO of LLC Yunis, Kirill Sheremetyev.
