BRUSSELS. Dec 4 (Interfax) - The European Union will not hold new negotiations on the text of the agreement on association and the deep and comprehensive free trade zone, which has already been initialed by Ukraine, European foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton's spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said.
She said also that the European Commission did not confirm the pending visit of a Ukrainian delegation to Brussels announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.

She noted though that the EU was not prepared to start new negotiations on the text of the accord.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said in a televised interview on Tuesday that Kyiv was seeking better terms of the association agreement with the European Union.
